Kamila Polańska Wasik

Graduate of the University of Wroclaw in Pedagogy, specialization: vocational and family counseling. For 20 years, she has been a career counselor, lecturer and trainer in the field of personal-social competencies (communication, cooperation in a group, image management, developing creativity), basics of management psychology and personal counseling.

For 15 years, she has been a specialist in EU and national projects in the field of vocational guidance and continuing education for children, adolescents, adults and seniors, the unemployed, the homeless and people entering the labor market or retraining.

For the past 7 years, she has been a senior project and information specialist at the Wrocław Social Development Center-Wrocław Senior Center. Responsible for acquiring Partners of Wrocław Senior Card, coordinator of Senior Days, Grandmother and Grandfather Days, School of Leaders. Activates and integrates Wrocław senior communities, organizes and participates in numerous inter-generational projects, involved in partnerships for local communities.

Mirosława Wawrowska
Psychologist, career counselor

Psychologist and career counselor with over 15 years of experience. During her work she supports both unemployed and employed people, suggests how to build a career path, how to choose a job according to natural predispositions or what competencies are desirable on the labor market.

She has encountered very different adversities with her clients, which they have tried to overcome together. She works with a variety of professional and social groups; professional soldiers, deaf people, people being laid off as part of collective layoffs, people with disabilities or schoolchildren.

During her career, she has also worked with a number of companies, from various industries. She has experience in building relationships with both sole proprietorships and joint stock companies.

Konrad Postawa
IT Support

Graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at Wroclaw University of Technology. For 5 years he has been running his own business, where he provides IT services to his clients.

He specializes in designing, implementing and deploying websites, as well as modifying existing projects. He also prepares infographics, advertisements, logos and business cards.

For several years he has been conducting IT training courses, both in the use of programs and office packages for companies and organizations, as well as in the basics of using computers, the Internet and smartphones for seniors. It is with people 65+ that he has worked most often in recent years, for which he received an honorable mention in the Volunteer of the Year 2014 category at the Gala of the Lower Silesian Festival of Volunteering, and was recognized at the 2018 Gala of Wroclaw Faces of Volunteering.

For the second term, he is a Councilor of the Pilczyce-Kozanów-Popowice North housing estate, and for the past six months he has been Chairman of the Pilczyce-Konazów-Popowice North housing estate Board. In his social work he tries to search for the best channels of communication between the Estate Council and residents.
