The Foundation’s Mission

We promote and support entrepreneurship among women aged 50+, showcasing their strength, experience, and potential as invaluable social and economic resources. We strive to change social narratives around age and gender, showing that maturity is not an obstacle but an advantage. We create a space where women aged 50+ can develop professionally, pursue their passions, build relationships, and influence the world around them.

The Foundation’s Strategy

We encourage and support women aged 50+ in their personal development and in their professional, business, social, and volunteer activities. Our strategy is focused on four pillars:

  • Professional and business activity – supporting women in returning to the labor market, starting their own businesses, and developing professional skills, via the Silvers Competence Passport, among other things.
  • Personal development – we offer tools, training, and psychological support to help women rediscover themselves and strengthen their self-esteem.
  • Social engagement and volunteering – we encourage women to share their knowledge and experience with younger generations, building intergenerational solidarity and social capital.
  • Inclusiveness and innovation – we promote activities that bring
generations together, support ecology, and create modern models of cooperation in the Silver Economy.
